You must be at least 13 years old to use MdSkool. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at mdskool.ops@gmail.com.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits, quiz quotas, or any other platform restrictions.

MdSkool is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may:

• Access study materials, quizzes, and AI tutoring for your own learning
• Participate in community discussions and share educational content
• Use AI-generated responses as study assistance, not as definitive academic sources

You may not use MdSkool to access content for resale, distribution, or any commercial purpose without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell any platform content, including questions, AI responses, or course material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform through automated means
• Post harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content in community features
• Impersonate another user, tutor, or MdSkool staff member
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our backend systems
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

MdSkool offers a free tier with limited quiz attempts and a Premium subscription with full access. Premium plans are billed as described at the time of purchase.

• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

All content on MdSkool — including question banks, course material, AI-generated responses, design elements, and branding — is owned by or licensed to MdSkool. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this content for personal study only.

Content you post in the community (posts, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

MdSkool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes from using the platform.

AI-generated content (Mira's responses) is for educational assistance only and may not always be accurate. Always verify critical information through official sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MdSkool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of MdSkool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
