Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use MdSkool and satisfy any additional consent requirements that apply where you live. MdCareer is intended for users aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement, that your information is accurate and that you will keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at mdskool.ops@gmail.com.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits, quiz quotas, or any other platform restrictions.

MdSkool and MdCareer use a shared account identity. Actions affecting the complete account, including full account deletion or a serious platform-wide suspension, may therefore affect access to both products.

Subject to these Terms, you may:

• Access study materials, quizzes, and AI tutoring for your own learning
• Participate in community discussions and share educational content
• Use AI-generated responses as study assistance, not as definitive academic sources
• Create a professional MdCareer profile and connect with members of the medical community
• Share career-oriented Sparks, comments and media, and participate in professional communities
• Exchange messages with connections for legitimate professional and community purposes

Our learning content may not be resold, redistributed or commercially exploited without written permission. Ordinary professional use of your own MdCareer profile and content is permitted, but scraping, bulk solicitation and unauthorized commercial data extraction are not.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of professional, educational, credential and experience information you publish. MdCareer does not independently verify every claim, identity, qualification, employer, opportunity or recommendation unless a feature explicitly says otherwise.

Community posts and direct messages are created by users, not MdCareer. Use reporting and blocking tools when appropriate. We may review reports, restrict distribution, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform.

Do not use MdCareer for unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive recruiting, credential fraud, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, unlawful employment practices or requests for confidential patient information.

MdCareer helps people connect and discuss careers, but it is not an employment agency and does not guarantee interviews, placements, income, professional recognition or career outcomes. Users must independently evaluate opportunities, organizations and people before sharing information or making commitments.

MdSkool and MdCareer do not create a doctor-patient relationship and are not substitutes for professional diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance or clinical supervision. Educational, AI-generated and community content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important medical, academic and career decisions using qualified professionals and authoritative sources.

Do not publish identifiable patient information or other confidential clinical material unless you have a lawful basis, all required permissions and have applied appropriate de-identification and professional safeguards.

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell any platform content, including questions, AI responses, or course material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform through automated means
• Post harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content in community features
• Impersonate another person, professional, tutor, organization or member of our team
• Publish private, confidential or personally identifying information without authorization
• Send spam, scams, malware, fraudulent opportunities or manipulative engagement
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our backend systems
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Depending on severity and applicable law, violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, and referral to appropriate authorities. Where practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

MdSkool offers a free tier with limited quiz attempts and a Premium subscription with full access. Premium plans are billed as described at the time of purchase.

• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Our question banks, course material, software, design elements, branding and other platform content are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the products as intended under these Terms.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the feature in which you shared it. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for reasonable backup periods, legal retention, content shared by others, and uses already made with your permission.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload your content and that it does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.

You may request full deletion through the account controls available in our applications or our account deletion page. Because MdSkool and MdCareer use a shared account identity, deleting the complete account removes access to both products and initiates deletion of associated product data, subject to limited legal, financial, security and abuse-prevention retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel obligations already incurred and cannot remove copies that other users independently saved outside our services.

MdSkool and MdCareer are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee exam, education, employment, networking or career outcomes.

AI-generated content (Mira's responses) is for educational assistance only and may not always be accurate. Always verify critical information through official sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the products, user content, third-party opportunities or interactions between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as MdSkool and MdCareer evolve. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the products.
