Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on MdSkool, operated by the MdSkool team, at mdskool.com and our mobile applications. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
Overview
All purchases on MdSkool are for digital products delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because access to content is granted instantly and electronically, we follow a no-refund policy as a default.
Exceptions exist only in specific circumstances involving platform errors or technical failures, as described in the sections below. We do not sell physical goods and do not offer returns.
Premium Subscription
MdSkool Premium is available as a one-time payment — Monthly (Rs. 2,500) or Quarterly (Rs. 5,000). There is no auto-renewal; each subscription period must be manually renewed.
Refund policy: Premium subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Exceptions — you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge)
- You were charged an incorrect amount due to a platform error
Cancellation: No cancellation action is required — subscriptions are not recurring. Your Premium access will automatically expire at the end of the paid period.
Paid Course Enrollment
Paid courses on MdSkool require a one-time payment per course. Course access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed via our payment gateway.
Refund policy: Course enrollments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions — you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if:
- Payment was confirmed by your bank but course access was never granted (technical failure on our end)
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same course
In technical failure cases, we will first attempt to resolve access. A refund is issued only if the issue cannot be resolved within 24 hours of your report.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations are explicitly not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the content
- You did not use your subscription or course access during the paid period
- Dissatisfaction with MIRA AI responses or course content quality
- Poor performance in MDCAT, NEET, MCAT, or any other exam
- Slow internet, device incompatibility, or technical problems on your end
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under the exceptions above, contact us by email:

Please include the following in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Date and amount of the transaction
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are reversed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to processing time by our payment gateway (Safepay).
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Our team resolves qualifying issues faster than the chargeback process.
Chargebacks filed for reasons that do not qualify under this policy may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, and we reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks with supporting evidence.
